Villamar

     Modern, studio apartment situated in the complex Villamar, in San Eugenio area, at the heart of the Costa Adeje.

     This air-conditioned apartment located on the second floor at the shady part of the complex, has side view. Inside there is a kitchen and bathroom with a shower tray. In addition, the apartment is fully equipped with cooker  microwave, washing machine iron with board, hair dryer, safe, etc. 

The living room has a double bed and a sofa bed  The balcony overlooks the path which goes to the beach.  At the complex there is a heated swimming pool with community sun beds. 

     The nearest beach is "Playa El Bobo" and the walk takes about 5 minutes. Another, larger beach, "Playa Troya" is about 10 minutes walk. Nearby there is the San Eugenio shopping center in which there is a big Mercadona supermarket. Next to it is a public transport stop, from which every 5 minutes a bus leaves in different directions of the island.

     We provide beach towels and shower towels for all our clients. For stays longer than one week, we additionally provide a second set of linen. Baby cots are also available on request.
